我们在寻找一位学习能力强、沟通能力佳、目标感强烈、热爱与客户服务的你！

岗位要求：

1. 中英文流利，具备良好的口头与书面表达能力；
2. 拥有强学习力与逻辑思维能力，能迅速掌握产品与服务知识；
3. 有销售或客户服务经验者优先，熟悉移民/留学/签证行业者尤佳；
4. 有一定的渠道资源或拓客能力者优先；
5. 对目标敏感，具备自我驱动与抗压能力；
6. 熟练操作日常办公软件，有CRM系统经验更佳；
7. 精通AI工具者优先考虑（如ChatGPT、Canva、CapCut等）；
8. 欢迎新移民应聘，具备积极态度和成长潜力；
9. 全职工作（周一至周五），需具备加拿大合法工作身份（工签、PR或公民身份）；

薪资待遇

• 底薪 + 高绩效提成 + 奖金激励机制

We’re Hiring | Consultant Assistant (Full-Time)

Location: Richmond, BC | On-site at Head Office

About Us

Terry Liu & Associates Ltd. is a licensed immigration and education consulting firm headquartered in Vancouver, BC. Since 2009, we have been providing professional immigration, study permit, work visa, and international mobility services to clients worldwide. With a strong reputation and high-quality project offerings, we serve a wide base of high-net-worth clients.

Position: Consultant Assistant

We are looking for a motivated, communicative, and goal-driven individual to join our sales and client service team.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills;
2. Excellent learning ability and fast comprehension of services and procedures;
3. Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred;
4. Background in the immigration, education, or visa consulting industry is an asset;
5. Candidates with existing sales channels or lead resources will be prioritized;
6. Strong sense of ownership, target-driven, and able to work under pressure;
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus;
8. Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a strong advantage;
9. New immigrants are welcome to apply;
10. Must be eligible to work legally in Canada (Work Permit, PR, or Canadian citizenship);
11. Full-time availability (Monday–Friday) is required.

Compensation

• Base salary + performance-based commissions + bonus structure
• Transparent pay model, high incentive for strong performers
• Final package negotiable based on experience and skillset
