Applicant should have a positive can-do attitude, must be excellent on the telephone, have passion on Driving and an overall highly recognizable, people-pleasing communication skill.

Duties will include but are not limited to:工作职责

* Driving and Assist with showings/open houses /开车帮助客人做showing或者open house
* Driving and Setting up showings and property tours for buyers/安排并给买家卖家客人开车
* Coordinate client activities to Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders/协调买家卖家客人时间，接送客人提供星级服务
* Coordinate to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments/协调和确认open house，验屋等工作
* Help to print Open-house sign, feature sheets/帮助制作打印open house 牌子，广告纸等
* Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary/协调和客人预约

Requirements:

* At least obtain class-5 Driver License more than 5 years with good driving Experience /5级驾照5年以上良好驾驶经验
* Fluent in Cantonese & Mandarin, speaking english is preferred but not required/流利粤语，普通话。会英文加分
* Excellent verbal communication skills/良好的口头沟通能力
* Available evenings and weekends/有晚上或者周末的工作时间
* be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Real Estate experience is a plus but not required./能快节奏干练工作。有相关地产经验加分

Compensation:
Permanent $25000-35000/year + sale Bonus/全职$25000-35000/year +销售奖励
part-time Starting approx. $15/hr wage about 30-40 hours/week/半职业$15/hr
