Job requirements:
Languages
English (Second language of Mandarin/Cantonese is a great asset)

Education
high school, Cook's trade certification or equivalent credentials or training required

Specific Skills

• Practical experience at least 5 years or more in ethnic chef position of Chop-Boarding, Dim Sum and Chinese Wok
• Supervise ability of team with 3-4 people
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food;
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
• Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;
• Dim-sum Chef and Chinese Wok Chef - Create new recipes and menu of Dim Sum items and Chinese (Guangdong) Dishes;
• Chop-Board Chef - Excellent Chop-Board skill to assist preparation of ingredients and table displays for meals or banquets;
• Chinese Wok Chef - Excellent Frying Chinese Wok skill in meal cooking or individual dishes and foods cooking.
