Job Description

One of Vancouver's top 1% Real Estate agents welcomes a positive, self - motivated, and hard - working individual to join our team.

Our office is located in Vancouver Eastside, close to Burnaby. We are mainly concentrated on commercial part, including Business transaction, Property Buy and Sell, and Leasing. Please visit www.bc1800.com for more information. We are a developing team, great potential for Real Estate Career.

Qualifications:
-Valid 5 class Driver License with Vehicle.
- Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Strong self - controlled ability. Could work and think independently with little or no supervision.
- Excellent English writting skills, fluent in both English and Chinese speaking
- Ability to work , cooperate, and compromise with other team members.

Work Responsibilities and Duties including but not limited to
- Proper Data input for different documents.
- Maintain and update website
- Manage and Maintain all social media
- Post classified ads.
- update MLS listings and docs.
- Write equipment lists , take photos for different Business.
- Respond to different emails and media requests.
