详情描述 Responsibilities:
- Property management duties such as rent collection, responding to tenant enquiries, tenant account reconciliations, accounts receivable administration, lease administration, tenant coordination, invoice approvals, rent roll maintenance and marketing of a portfolio of properties as assigned and amended from time to time.
- Leading a team of administration and building operations professionals.
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations by liaising with teams in areas such as accounting, IT, etc.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure the property are well-maintained and address any issues that raise.
- Develop, administer and submit annual operating plans and property budgets, including capital improvements in a timely fashion.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on property operations as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for ensuring all Property Management policies, procedures and operations are conducted effectively.
- Ensure property security, safety and operating systems are in accordance with local codes, by-laws and policies.
- Other related duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Must have a Managing Broker license.
- 3-5 years of related experience in commercial property management with a high level of administration and accounting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, owners, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skill, with excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance practices is also essential, as is the ability to lead and mentor a team of professionals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
