Front Desk Secretary / Receptionist Job

Job Responsibilities:
1.Handle front desk reception duties, including answering phone calls, transferring calls, greeting and registering visitors, and providing general assistance;
2.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution;
3.Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as office supplies procurement, meeting scheduling, and document management;
4.Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth office operations and communication;
5.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields;
2.Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written) are a must, with the ability to interact with international clients and partners;
3.Pleasant and professional appearance, with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude;
4.Familiarity with office administration procedures and proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
5.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively;
6.Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
