Wah Loong Ltd. is a well-established importer and distributor of frozen seafood and Asian dry grocery products, proudly serving Western Canada for over five decades. Located in Crestwood Industrial Park, Richmond, we operate a 70,000 sq.ft. warehouse with over 30,000 sq.ft. of cold storage. We are one of the recognized Western Canada dealers for Lee Kum Kee and Windmill brands, supplying supermarkets, restaurants, and foodservice distributors across the region.

Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food distribution or wholesale sales, strong customer service skills, and a passion for building long-term relationships with clients in the grocery and restaurant sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers (retailers, restaurants, and distributors).
• Promote and sell company products, including frozen seafood and Asian dry goods.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Visit clients regularly to provide service, gather market feedback, and introduce new products.
• Work closely with the warehouse and purchasing teams to coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and customer records.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in food distribution, wholesale, or related industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Asian food products and the local grocery/restaurant market is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to communicate in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.
