The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Indoor Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with our clients.
• Assist clients with product recommendations and identify their needs.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support company operations.

Qualifications

• Language: Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with B2B sales experience.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
