- Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.

- Experience with marketing and customer service.

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills (Phone and email interaction).

- Written & spoken English comprehension is a must.

- Must be willing to learn our existing e-commerce platforms and manage day to day customer    

   experience through online communication and order handling.

- Manage and engage with social media accounts, creating and curating content to boost audience    

  interaction.

- Use Microsoft Word and Excel efficiently for reports, documentation, and data analysis.

- Build and maintain marketing lists for email campaigns and outreach efforts.

- Utilize emailing software to create and send newsletters, promotional emails, and follow-ups.
