E-marketplace Sales&Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a self-motivated E-marketplace Sales & Marketing Assistant that has solid knowledge with previous experience on popular e-marketplaces, especially Amazon.

This position mainly works towards achieve overall sales goals at dominant online marketplace platforms, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop,  etc.

Main Responsibilities (not limited):

1. Amazon platform operation related to sales & marketing: Create/review deals; Create posts; Sales events; Promote new products. Bundle sales; Marketplace & Competitor monitoring;. A+ listing; platform traffic improvement. Study company products/customers behaviors, then come out related marketing methods.  Study new features /policy and stay compliant.
2. Find/work with Amazon influencers, social media influencers (such as TikTok, IG, FB, YouTube) to drive external traffic. Create product write-up, photos, videos while needed.
3. Coordinate & follow-up with business partners to optimize company website, Amazon storefronts.  
4. Other e-marketplaces improvement: eBay, Walmart, Shopify, New Egg, TikTok shop etc.

Qualifications:

1. Post-secondary education
2. Honest, self-driven, efficient worker
3. Willing to learn & Fast learner
4. Good communication & time management skills
5. Fluent in English writing, reading, speaking
6. Mandarin: speaking, reading

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, 7 hours each day. We are seeking a candidate for a long-term role.
