| 详情描述 Job Description: We are seeking a professional, friendly, and reliable individual to join our team as an Office Clerk and Customer Service Representative. This full-time role primarily serves as the front desk receptionist, supporting our strata management team and providing exceptional service to property owners, tenants, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Customer Service:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with property owners and tenants, handling inquiries, concerns, and complaints both in person and via phone/email.
- Act as a liaison between the management team and building occupants.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment.
- Perform administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
Language & Technical Skills:
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (verbal and written) is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and general office software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage time efficiently.
- Customer-focused mindset and strong team spirit.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Schedule: 40 hours per week (weekday and weekend shifts as needed) Salary: $18–$20/hour, based on experience
