Roommate for 2 Bedroom Apartment

Hi. I am a male UBC student and I am looking for a roommate in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. I am looking for a 4-8 month lease, starting in September, but the dates are flexible. The room comes with a private bathroom, and the room can be furnished or unfurnished. 

The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the bus stop and the grocery store. 

The rent is 1650 per month, and includes water, electricity, heating, laundry, kitchen, and wifi. 

I would prefer a male roommate because I am a male.
