二、岗位要求

学历专业：本科及以上学历，物理、生物、化学、教育学等相关专业背景优先。

教学能力：

（对于高中物理/生物/化学教师）深刻理解并能够系统讲授高中10-12年级的课程体系，具备扎实的专业知识。

（对于AP教师）熟悉AP物理课程大纲与考试要求，有AP教学或备考经验者优先。

核心素养：热爱教育事业，责任心强，具备出色的沟通表达能力、课堂掌控力及学生辅导能力。

经验资质：具备相关教学经验者优先。

Job Openings：

We are seeking passionate and talented individuals for the following core teaching positions:

High School Physics Teacher (1-2 openings)：Key Responsibilities  Primarily responsible for the teaching and tutoring of Physics curriculum for Grades 10-12.

High School Biology Teacher (1-2 openings)：Key Responsibilities  Primarily responsible for the teaching and tutoring of Biology curriculum for Grades 10-12.

High School Chemistry Teacher (1-2 openings)：Key Responsibilities  Primarily responsible for the teaching and tutoring of Chemistry curriculum for Grades 10-12.

AP Teacher (1-2 openings)：Key Responsibilities  Primarily responsible for the teaching and tutoring of AP Physics courses.

 Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Major： Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for backgrounds in Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Education, or related fields.

Teaching Competence:

 For HS Physics/Biology/Chemistry Teachers： Profound understanding and ability to systematically teach the Grades 10-12 curriculum system, possessing solid subject knowledge.

For AP Teacher ：Familiarity with the AP Physics course syllabus and exam requirements; prior AP teaching or exam preparation experience is preferred.

Core Qualities: A passion for education, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and presentation skills, effective classroom management, and student mentoring abilities.

Experience & Credentials: Relevant teaching experience is preferred.
