ACCOUNTING CLERK

Requirement: at least two years experience

Schedule:  Monday to Friday 8：30 AM -5：00 PM,

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions and journal entries accurately

Maintain and update the general ledger

Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies

Process supplier invoices, verify supporting documents, and prepare payments

Record customer receipts and follow up on outstanding accounts, if required

Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions

Prepare basic financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

Prepare and file GST returns in compliance with local regulations

Maintain proper filing of accounting documents (physical and digital records)

Use accounting software efficiently and accurately; willing to learn new systems

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of financial records
