| 详情描述 About the Role We are a well-established cabinet manufacturer with over 20 years of local experience, serving designers, builders, and homeowners across Metro Vancouver. We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative who is either an experienced professional with an existing client base, or a driven entry-level individual with a strong results mindset and resilience.
What You’ll Do

Relationship Management: Develop and grow relationships with designers, contractors, builders, and developers.

Prospecting: Actively prospect new clients through cold calls, site visits, and networking.

Sales Execution: Present our cabinet solutions, prepare quotes, and close deals.

Collaboration: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Who We’re Looking For

Personality: Result-driven and motivated by performance and income.

Resilience: Comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-ups.

Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills (English & Chinese preferred).

Background: Experience in cabinetry, millwork, or construction is an asset; an existing client base is a strong plus.
