工作性质

• 兼职（Part-time）

• 每周 1–3 天（具体时间可协商）

岗位职责（Responsibilities）

• 监督并审核公司日常会计及财务工作（内部或外包会计）

• 编制并审核月度、季度财务报表（损益表、资产负债表、现金流量表）

• 建立、完善并执行内部财务控制制度

• 负责预算编制、成本控制及财务预测

• 分析生产成本、库存成本及产品毛利（制造业/冻干加工相关）

• 管理现金流并提供现金流预测

• 对接外部会计师、税务顾问及审计相关事务

• 为管理层提供财务分析及经营决策支持

任职要求（Qualifications）

• 财务、会计、金融或相关专业背景

• 3 年及以上会计或财务管理相关工作经验

• 有 Controller、Finance Manager 或 Senior Accountant 经验者优先

• 熟悉加拿大会计准则（ASPE 或 IFRS）

• 有 制造业 / 食品加工 / 工厂成本核算 经验者优先

• 熟悉库存管理、COGS、成本分析

• 工作细致、责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力

• 可每周到工厂现场办公 1–3 天

Location

BC，Langley (On-site at manufacturing facility)

Employment Type

• Part-time

• 1–3 days per week (flexible and negotiable)

• Long-term engagement preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and review day-to-day accounting and financial operations (in-house or outsourced)

• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

• Establish and maintain internal financial controls and procedures

• Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting

• Analyze production costs, inventory, and product margins (manufacturing/freeze-drying focus)

• Manage cash flow and provide cash flow forecasts

• Liaise with external accountants, tax advisors, and auditors

• Provide financial analysis and decision-making support to management

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of accounting or financial management experience

• Experience as a Controller, Finance Manager, or Senior Accountant preferred

• Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting standards (ASPE or IFRS)

• Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or cost accounting is an asset

• Solid understanding of inventory management and COGS

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work on-site 1–3 days per week
