Live Stream Host Preloved Luxury

We are looking for a confident, engaging, and style-savvy Live Stream Host to join our growing preloved luxury business.

We currently host live shows on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and the role will likely start with 1–2 live shows per week, with potential to grow. We already have an established audience base, so this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with viewers, presenting luxury items, and helping customers shop in a fun, trustworthy live environment.

Position: Live Stream Host
Location: North Vancouver
Schedule: 1–2 shows per week to start
Compensation: Hourly Pay + Sales Target Bonus
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Host live shopping shows featuring preloved luxury bags, accessories, and fashion items
• Present product details clearly, including brand, condition, sizing, features, styling ideas, and pricing
• Engage with live viewers in a warm, energetic, and professional way
• Answer customer questions during the live stream
• Build trust with viewers by communicating accurately and confidently
• Help create an enjoyable shopping experience that encourages audience participation and sales
• Work with the team before each show to understand featured products and show flow
• Represent the brand with professionalism and strong customer service

• Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with a live audience
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
• Interest in fashion, luxury brands, resale, or preloved goods
• Reliable, punctual, and prepared for scheduled live shows
• Able to think quickly, answer questions, and keep the energy going during a stream
• Sales-oriented without being pushy
• Detail-oriented when describing product condition and features
• Trustworthy, professional, and able to represent luxury products with care

Traits Needed to Be Successful

• Confidence on camera — able to speak naturally and keep viewers engaged
• Authenticity — customers should feel they can trust you
• Energy and charisma — live selling requires personality and momentum
• Product curiosity — willingness to learn about brands, styles, materials, and resale value
• Strong attention to detail — especially when presenting item condition and authenticity-related details
• Customer-first mindset — patient, helpful, and responsive to viewer questions
• Consistency and reliability — our audience depends on regular live shows
• Adaptability — able to adjust based on viewer engagement and product flow

Preferred but Not Required

• Previous live streaming, sales, retail, hosting, or social media experience
• Knowledge of luxury brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Dior, Gucci, Prada, etc.
• Experience with resale, consignment, or fashion styling
