Office Clerk Auto Repair Shop

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Clerk to join our busy auto repair shop in Vancouver.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls and assist with inquiries
• Create and manage repair orders/work orders
• Order auto parts from suppliers
• Organize and maintain office documents and records
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Schedule appointments and communicate with customers
• Support daily office operations and shop administration
• Coordinate with mechanics and suppliers when needed
• Keep the front office area clean, organized, and welcoming for clients

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and office software knowledge
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Automotive industry experience is an asset but not required
• English speaking required
