Education: Diploma education and above;
Experience: Two years of experience and above in mid-size restaurant and food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required. Experience in catering and private and special events bookings;
Languages: Written and Oral English
Specific Skills: • Oversee and coordinate front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience;
- Lead, train, and supervise staff, including servers, bartenders, and waitstaff, fostering a professional and welcoming team environment;
- Curate and update menus, including food offerings and beverage pairings, in collaboration with the kitchen team;
- Set staff schedules, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance to maintain high service standards;
- Greet and engage with guests, promptly address customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure overall guest satisfaction;
- Plan and coordinate special events, private bookings, and catering arrangements, including negotiating client requirements;
- Implement and enforce operational procedures, health and safety regulations, and sanitation standards;
- Monitor inventory levels, track revenues, and assist in cost control to support the restaurant's profitability;
- Manage and grow the restaurant's online presence through social media and the website to attract and retain guests;
