换机油-- 大家都用什么牌子 

大家都换什么牌子的机油？ 最近想自己换机油   等BMW换的话要好长时间 自己不忍心让车子跑那么久 想每跑3000K 左右就给车子换一次油 准备去 Canadian Tire 买一个Service Ramp (有没朋友用过能给推荐一下？) 然后就是什么牌子的油比较好？ （BMW High Performance Full Synthetic Motor Oil OK 吗？） For bmw e92 328i, 5w30 就行吧？ BTW： 如果换 Oil filter 的话 是否需要特殊的tool 去打开那个cap？ 多谢大家 ^^ Also here is link for e9x engine oil change DIY: [url]http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=44590[/url]

Try Motul X-Max 5W40 or 5W30 depending on your factory spec.   This oil was a BMW specific oil but not they call it X-Max.   i'm running Redline 5W40 which is ester based oil, better for direct injection engines according researches in bobtheoilguy

bmw is free service up to 4 years and 80k. why do it your self?

for my car, castrol tws 10w-60 only..

BMW对机油有要求的，不能乱用，指定的好像是CASTROL的一个型号

试过 royal purple 没有。

首先，BMW在北美，用的必须是 LL-01 approved synthetic oils，其他的油你用了之后出现问题直接void warranty LL-01你可以在瓶子上找到，给你列举几个容易买到的: * Castrol Syntec European Formula SAE 0W-30 * Mobil 1 SAE 0W-40 * Pennzoil Platinum European Formula Ultra SAE 5W-30 * Valvoline SynPower SAE 5W-30 最后因为bmw的引擎设计关系，存油量很深，完全没有必要3000换油，和日系车完全不同。个人建议最多就是8000换一次，然后下一次找bmw免费换，然后循环。
