Job position 1: Marketing Executive
Job duties:
- Be responsible for the promotion of the company's business and development of the market;
- Be responsible for the company's business-related communication and contact work;
- Planning, coordinating, and executing business meetings and corporate/social special events;
- Identify customer specific needs and customize the services for each individual client to drive sales and customer satisfaction;
- Develop sales strategies and attract new clients. Maintain and expand client database.
Job requirements:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint);
- Confident, outgoing, team player with a proactive can-do attitude;
Job position 2: Administrative assistant
Job duties:
- Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate;
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items;
- Respond to questions and requests for information;
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
