General Insurance Customer Service Rep

Primary Responsibilities

• Servicing on-going client needs, answering enquiries from clients
• Explaining quotes and providing solutions whenever possible
• Selling and processing new businesses and following up on renewals of existing businesses
• Contacting underwriters to discuss different risks and quotes
• Actively seeking new business opportunities for the company
• Other daily general office duties

Qualifications How to Apply：

• After hired, you need to obtain a general license  (those with a general license is perferrable)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy office
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Computer skills: Microsoft office
• Willing to learn
• No experience is needed, we will train
