岗位职责

1. 按照 CCHPBC / CMTBC 标准提供高质量的注册按摩治疗服务

2. 与客户进行充分沟通与评估，了解其需求与偏好

3. 根据客户情况制定个性化治疗方案

4. 及时、准确地完成治疗记录及相关临床文档

5. 确保治疗区域整洁有序，符合卫生及安全规范

任职要求

1. 持有加拿大认可机构注册的 RMT执照（如 CCHPBC、CMTBC 等），且状态良好

2. 欢迎应届毕业生申请

3. 英文流利（会中文 / 粤语 / 日语 / 韩语者优先）

4. 性格积极开朗，具备团队合作精神与服务意识

5. 具备职业操守、同理心，并愿意持续学习成长

6. 能适应排班工作（包括周末及法定节假日）

Company Introduction:

Aqua Royale Health Club is a large, upscale wellness and leisure center that offers a comprehensive range of services, including dining, wellness therapies, traditional Chinese medicine, and registered massage therapy (RMT). Our club spans approximately 60,000 square feet, featuring well-equipped facilities and a relaxing environment, making it an ideal destination for physical and mental rejuvenation. We are proud to have a professional restaurant and a specialty beverage bar, delivering diverse culinary experiences to our guests. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking several professional and skilled Registered Massage Therapists to join our wellness team. Please see the job responsibilities and requirements below:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional RMT care in accordance with CCHPBC or CMTBC standards

2. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences

3. Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals

4. Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes and documentation

5. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards

Job Requirements:

1. Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the CCHPBC, CMTBC or other recognized institutions in Canada

2. New grads are welcome to apply

3. Fluent in English (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean are a plus)

4. Cheerful and diligent team players with a strong service mindset

5. Commitment to professionalism, kindness, and continued learning

6. Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
