Burquitlam Skytrain Station highrise inward facing apartment by Bosa Uptown for rent. It has one bedroom, one den, one parking slot and one storage locker. Its strata building has a gym, sauna, yoga room and amenity room. It's a 2-minute walk to Burquitlam Skytrain Station which connects to Metro Vancouver. There is also a bus that goes to SFU Burnaby Campus. There is also a Safeway downstairs, and many shops across the street. Currently open for rent from the August 15th. We are looking for long term rentals with a minimum one year agreement. Monthly rent starts at $2200 and includes hot water and gas. We can offer basic furniture for a small fee, No smoking or vaping allowed, pets are allowed but depends on the size and we require a pet deposit.

- Owner pays for water, and strata fees.

- Portable Air Conditioner is included with the rent if requested.

- Electricity fees and other fees must be paid by renter.
