Inside sales representative

Responsibilities include:

• Respond to phone/email product inquires
• Contact clients by phone and email to determine present and future needs
• Prepare quotes (estimating) for counter/phone/email customers. Prepare bills , invoice, freight quotes, tracking delivery information ,processing of customer payments
• Efficiently handling and mitigating queries, concerns and complaints

salary :  hourly pay + bonus

Qualification

Hollow metal door or construction related job experience will be preferred.

Able to use basic office software, windows, excel etc...
