Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation (Performance-Based):

• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
• Track and manage leads from various sources.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.

Content Creation and Social Media Management:

• Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and other platforms.
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Little Red Book).
• Develop and implement branding strategies.
• Design marketing materials and manage email marketing campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics.
• Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and lead generation performance.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and content creation.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
